As an important part of the Chazak Initiative, we are establishing the L’Dor V’Dor Society. Membership in the Society is open to all who have identified Congregation Shalom as a beneficiary in their estate plan, whether as a beneficiary under a will, living trust, charitable trust, retirement plan, insurance policy or other estate planning vehicle.*
Whether you wish to support our Capital Initiative, Endowment Fund or contribute toward other designated or non-designated needs, becoming a member of the L’Dor V’Dor Society demonstrates a commitment to supporting Congregation Shalom in perpetuity. Congregation Shalom accepts gifts of cash, stock, bonds, insurance policies and other assets. When determining the best way to leave a legacy to Shalom, a variety of options are available. Some of the most commonly used approaches include:
- Charitable Remainder Trust
- Charitable Loan Trust
- Gifts of Retirement Assets
To learn more or discuss your own personal planned giving plan, please call Linda Holifield at (414) 352-9288 or email her now.
*All members of Shalom’s Legacy Society will become L’Dor V’Dor Society members.
