The class will meet via Zoom on Wednesdays from 7-8pm, beginning in November.  The expectation is that this will be a two year process, from start to Adult B'nei Mitzvah.  The information below is for the first year of studies.

The first year Adult Hebrew class will be taught by our talented and dedicated congregant and teacher, Rick Paler.  The textbooks used will be: Sam the Detective and the Aleph Bet Mystery published by Behrman House, and The Book of Letters: A Mystical Alef-Bait by Rabbi Lawrence Kushner.

The cost of the class will be $200 for Shalom members, and $360 for non-members, and will include the cost of the two textbooks.  There are also ample need-based scholarships available.
